Earth HQ Advisory Council Coordinator responsible for documenting and keeping the Earth HQ team accountable and aligned.
Provided high-level PA support for the Executive Director and Strategic Advisor, facilitating key partner meetings for donor, funding, grant making, philanthropic and high net-worth individuals.
Nature’s Newsroom Pavilion, COP 26 & 27 & 28
Tailored project coordinator and secretarial support to the partner-led steering and secretariat group and supported the Nature’s Newsroom work stream meetings.
Responsible for accreditation, travel, accommodation, speaker and newsroom host booking and room booking systems remotely and in-person.
SBTN, GCA
Provided high-level PA scheduling support for the Executive Director and a team of Directors at high-level UN policy gatherings through the year.
Responsible for the logistics and schedule of bilateral and speaking event coordination and proactive handling of reschedules and follow ups to keep teams aligned.

GNPR
Supported the Green Nature Positive Recovery Partnership (GNPR) whose purpose was to build the economic, societal, and environmental case for a nature positive recovery in Europe to the EU Commission, Parliament, and Ministries of Finance, Economic and Environment at a national level.
The Arctic Task Force, Global Choices
Also supported the incubation of the Arctic Task Force to explore the legal implications of a Moratorium to Protect the Central Arctic Ocean Ice Shield, on behalf of Global Choices.
The Planetary Emergency Partnership and Core Group, The Club of Rome
Supported the facilitation and coordination of the Planetary Emergency Partnership (PEP), helping the membership grow from 30 to 300 in less than 12 months.
Aidex Geneva Ltd
At AidEx Geneva, I played a pivotal role in streamlining operations, optimising stakeholder relations, and ensuring seamless project execution. As Expo Projects Lead & Business Operations Coordinator, I managed complex budgets, financial processes, and milestone tracking while facilitating high-level communications with global organisations, including UN agencies and the Red Cross.
My expertise extended to overseeing event logistics, contractor management, and key administrative functions, ensuring that every aspect of AidEx’s initiatives ran with precision and efficiency. By driving operational excellence and strategic coordination, I contributed to the successful delivery of impactful projects in the humanitarian sector.
