I have over a decade of organisational experience in social sectors: local government, higher education and environmental not-for-profit. I gained many valuable skills during this time, and my commitment, work ethic and attention to detail were held in high regard.
Becoming a mother gave me a strong appreciation of how much time we spend trying to juggle our commitments and, therefore, how vital it is that we realise we don’t have to do it all on our own.
By prioritising that which is vital to us, and relinquishing lesser tasks to somebody else, we can achieve more in the areas that matter.
