Yes, Please I Need Some Support

You love your business, but spend more time answering emails, agonising over social media posts and chasing invoices than you do being creative, making meaningful connections and attracting new clients.

Catching sight of your ever-expanding ‘To Do’ list brings you out in a cold sweat. You feel as though you’re always running to catch-up.

You love being asked to speak at conferences; become a Board Member or volunteer for a cause close to your heart but, you hate the inevitable increase in administrative tasks that come about as result.

Does this sound familiar?

Have you ever wondered whether outsourcing some of those mundane, non-income generating tasks would allow you to take a breath and do something incredible with your time instead?

Thanks very much! You have been invaluable help over last 2 months – so much we have done because of you, and I really appreciate it. I love that you have been able to cheerfully help us.

Welcome to CS Virtual Assistant

I’m Christine – a Virtual Assistant who works with ethical and eco-conscious businesses who wish to help save the planet.

I have over a decade of organisational experience in social sectors: local government, higher education and environmental not-for-profit. I gained many valuable skills during this time, and my commitment, work ethic and attention to detail were held in high regard.

Becoming a mother gave me a strong appreciation of how much time we spend trying to juggle our commitments and, therefore, how vital it is that we realise we don’t have to do it all on our own.

By prioritising that which is vital to us, and relinquishing lesser tasks to somebody else, we can achieve more in the areas that matter.

Let me become your virtual support: always there when you need me but never under your feet.

“Christine worked as my Personal Assistant for just under two years in 2014-2016 during a very busy period prior to her maternity leave. She is reliable, personable, discreet and calm when under pressure. We had to handle a large number of documents every week and she is an accomplished typist, finisher of reports and producer of PowerPoint presentations at short notice. She was also responsible for organising Trustee meetings, taking minutes and planning often complex schedules. Invaluably polite, she is a pleasure to work with.”
