Lifestyle Management: travel and accommodation research and booking, preparing self-assessment tax returns, research for new mums to find the local services they need. e.g. baby and toddler groups, planning and ordering weekly food shops.

Maternity, Holiday & Sick Cover


Whilst away from your desk you won’t lose touch with your business because we will summarise your emails into one; prioritising key and urgent information and texting alerts to you. We can even respond on your behalf or compose emails, we will save them in your drafts for you to finish and send.

Letters to write but tight on time? Not a problem; consider it done! A few key pointers on a recorded note or email from you and we will compose professional correspondence ready to be sent. We can even print and post if you like!

Do you have a handwritten book chapter scribbled on various sheets of paper? Easy; just scan and email or post them across to us and we will touch-type these and return them, complete with references / footnotes in the publishers house style, within the deadline.

Need to make a business trip but haven’t got the time to arrange it? Simply send over your absolute basic travel requirements such as: departure and destination location; dates and times of business obligations and budget. We will research a selection of fully comprehensive travel scenarios for you to choose from. We can even book the tickets and make reservations so long as you provide us with all the necessary ID documentation.

Do you have a group of colleagues you need to gather together for a celebration or a meeting? We use doodle poll, voting buttons in an Outlook email or other appropriate means to gauge and collate the results of your colleagues availability and we can organise the whole event from booking a venue through to arranging the catering.

The value of overseas clients is the time difference, for example: a typical US based client would send us work to complete overnight and we would receive it first thing in the morning UK time; turning it around in time for their next morning in the US.
